Job Summary
Ranger Supervisor oversees and trains rangers and participates in daily property operations. Responsibilities include greeting and registering members and guests, distributing information and answering questions about park rules, maintaining the front entrance and ranger station, recording fees at the ranger station, making reservations/cancellations in the POS, handling cash and processing credit cards, reconciling cash records, answering calls and relaying messages, securing facilities, intervening in disturbances, patrolling to enforce resort rules, supervising and training rangers, and performing on-call emergency service. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in customer service with POS experience, 2+ years in a supervisory role, and strong customer service, problem-solving, communications, and computer skills. Knowledge of the RV business is a plus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off; compensation estimates: hourly $18.50-$21.50 with potential bonuses or incentive pay.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or the equivalent
- 2+ years in a customer service environment and working with a point-of-sale system
- 2+ years in a supervisory position
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong communications and computer skills
