Job Summary
Escort arriving and departing guests to their sites, monitor pools for unregistered individuals, and patrol the resort to assist visitors with accessibility needs. Lead RVs to properly located sites, check transient areas daily for departures and maintenance issues like water leaks or fire ant infestations, and report concerns to the Resort Manager. Handle guest questions or complaints directly, deliver packages and mail, inspect tie-downs for damage, and tag vehicles for removal at unrented sites. Treat sites for fire ants as needed and oversee sales of sewer donuts and electrical adapters. Maintain site cleanliness by removing trash from vacated areas and follow safety procedures while performing duties. This role requires flexible scheduling, including non-business hours, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet
- Flexibility to work events during non-business hours
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance
- Ability to provide legible written reports
- Regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time
- Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
