Job Summary
Ranger responsible for assisting with site set-ups for arriving guests, escorting arrivals to sites after business hours, and monitoring the pool for unregistered guests. Provides customer service to guests, communicates issues to the Resort Manager, and supports safety and maintenance tasks (e.g., reporting water, sewer, or pest issues; patrolling for accessibility; inspecting tie-downs; handling trash and supplies). Requires flexibility for after-hours scheduling, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and organizational abilities. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email and internet)
- Flexibility to work events during non-business hours
- General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance
- Ability to provide legible written reports
- Provide guest assistance with site set-up and issue reporting to Resort Manager
- Lead RVs to sites and assist with site setup as needed
- Routinely check pool(s) for unregistered guests and report issues to management
- Follow safety procedures while performing duties
