Job Summary
Supports the Army National Guard (ARNG) Training and Range Support Program as part of Yorktown System Group's contract. Provides technical support for TADSS, RVTP, and SRP by conducting integrated logistical support across the U.S. and territories for Active Army, Army Reserves, National Guard, Army ROTC, and other DoD/Federal agencies. Responsibilities include coordinating RCMP validation, LFTIS updates, MILCON planning, and range modernization documentation; organizing RCMP Workshops with RMWP and ROWP; assisting states with RCMP completion; drafting ARNG Live Fire Investment Strategy (LFTIS) and strawman budgets; planning validation meetings for Government Program Managers; identifying training and resourcing gaps; recommending MILCON/minor construction and instrumentation from LFTIS; providing instruction at TCUs and GCLC; ensuring ARNG data updates during annual refreshes; coordinating Range Targetry and Infrastructure Centers of Excellence; attending RCCB/RDWG/Range Program Management Reviews; coordinating CTR fielding and NGREA requirements; supporting PPDC designs, design reviews, CCI, TII, and acceptance testing; updating regulatory information, SOPs, and ARNG policies using MS Teams for publication and continuity of documents; travel will be required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, ranges and operations to include experience in the range operations office or have a Master Gunner certification
- Familiar with the RCMP tool (Range Complex Master Plan Tool) and the Army Range Requirements Model (ARRM)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Army National Guard Training programs
- Possess valid licensing and training required by state and federal laws to operate Government Owned or Leased Vehicles and/or forklift machinery
- DoD SECRET clearance (ability to obtain)
