Determine needs and accurately order parts by creating and modifying purchase orders, then issuing them to vendors. Record warranty parts returns and create special orders on the dealership computer system, notifying ASM and technicians upon receipt. Review special order tracking, compare invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity, and maintain records of outside purchases and issued parts. Attend weekly department meetings. Requires several years of dealership wholesale experience and a high school diploma or GED.
