Job Summary
Approach fans pre-game and in-game to explain the 50/50 Raffle program details, then accurately handle ticket sales and distribution using handheld devices. Answer fan questions about the program and The Los Angeles Rams Foundation while representing the organization as a brand ambassador. Meet or exceed designated sales targets on gamedays and educate attendees about the Foundation's mission. Sellers must arrive at 10:00 a.m. for 1:05 p.m. kickoffs and at 2:00 p.m. for 5:15 p.m. kickoffs, working all home games day or night through the 2026 season. Candidates need strong sales skills, flexible scheduling, and the ability to stand for long periods. The position offers a $17.00 hourly rate plus sales incentives and performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Must be able to work the majority of the 2026 season
- Must have a flexible schedule that allows them to work all home games, day or night
- Strong sales skills
- Ability to interact positively with large fan base
- Above average verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Reliable transportation
- Working knowledge of The Los Angeles Rams Foundation
- Must be available to work at a majority of Rams home games (pre-season and regular season)
