Ramp Supervisor

Ramp Supervisors lead airport ground handling operations: supervise shift agents and leads, mentor and coach, guide inbound/outbound airplanes to/from the gate, and manage loading/unloading of passenger baggage, cargo, and mail. Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo, towing aircraft between gates, refilling water tanks and lavatories, and ensuring safety and efficiency. Additional duties include creating and managing staffing schedules, and performing other tasks as needed to meet operational demands. Required qualifications include prior work experience, applicable certifications/licenses, airport badge/security clearance (if applicable), and the ability to lift 50 pounds, work outdoors in all weather, and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
