Ramp Safety Officer overseeing ramp, ground, and transportation operations with focus on safe, compliant, and efficient workflows; enforces SOPs and aviation safety standards; supervises drivers, ensures valid airport IDs and permits, conducts safety briefings and training, monitors operations for hazards, conducts inspections and risk assessments, investigates incidents, and fosters a safety-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a related field
- Valid Driver's license
- All airport-related positions require airport security clearance process including TSA and local regulations
- Team leader qualities and outstanding communication skills
- Hands-on and proactive work ethic
- Ability to work long hours on foot and in variable temperatures
- Flexibility to work different shifts including nights weekends and holidays
