Ramp Lead - Full Time

Job Summary
Lead and participate in cargo and baggage movement on and off aircraft, operating motorized equipment and transporting items between terminals and facilities. Safely lift up to 70 lbs continuously while reading load sheets, manifests, and hazardous material labels to ensure flight dispatch integrity and safety compliance. Train new employees on job-specific procedures and assist ramp agents to maintain professional standards. Requires current driver's license, prior airline experience, and ability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays in all weather conditions. Must obtain and maintain airport security badge and pass pre-employment testing.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma, GED or six months experience as a Ramp Agent
- Ability to pass all pre-employment testing, including a drug test
- Proficient ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Current driver's license with no violations over the past 5 years
- Capability to safely lift up to 70 lbs. continuously
- Availability and flexibility to work variable shifts including overtime, weekends and holidays
- Comfort working in all weather conditions
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required Airport security badge
- Prior Ramp/Airline experience
