Job Summary
Welcome curbside or gate-side passengers, assist with luggage, directions, catering delivery, and vehicle relocation. Coordinate valet parking per policy, lift and unload baggage and cargo while safeguarding against damage, loss, and weather. Prepare catering, coffee, ice, and papers for back-of-house activities, ensuring timely service. Communicate customer movements to Customer Service Representatives and Dispatchers. Requires a valid Florida driver's license, high school diploma, six months of customer service experience, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Operates manual and automatic vehicles including golf carts.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Florida driver's license with driving record meeting Authority standards
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least six months of related customer service experience
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles, including Authority vehicles, golf carts, and customer-owned vehicles
- Communicate effectively over two-way radio
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
