Job Summary
Ramp and Ticket Agent handles passenger and cargo-related duties at the airport, including checking in passengers, issuing tickets, handling baggage and cargo, guiding passengers to aircraft, and operating ground equipment. Responsibilities include preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, loading/unloading cargo, marshalling aircraft, cleaning cabin interiors, de-icing when needed, and maintaining safety and efficiency in a busy airport environment. Requires excellent communication, ability to lift 50 lbs, read/write English (bilingual a plus), ability to work under time constraints, and availability for varied hours including swing and graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18+, have a High School diploma or GED, pass background checks and pre-employment drug testing, obtain security clearance, have authorization to work in the U.S., and possess a valid driver's license. Airport environment experience and comfort with outdoor conditions are expected.
