Job Summary
Load and unload baggage and cargo, operate motorized service vehicles, and guide and park aircraft. Perform below-the-wing servicing, cabin maintenance tasks, and de-ice aircraft while working as a team to provide excellent customer service. Complete the Ramp Agent training course before reporting to the General Manager. Handle objects up to 70 pounds and assist passengers with disabilities in the outdoor airport ramp environment. All shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays are required.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of training course
- Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
- Valid driver's license
- Clear driving record
- 10-year Criminal History Records Check
- Drug screen
- Proof of high school or GED completion
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to lift objects up to 70 pounds
- Ability to assist passengers with disabilities, including pushing wheelchairs
- All shifts including weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Previous airline experience
- Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs
