Job Summary
RAM Quality Engineer responsible for developing and sustaining global quality control systems for the RDA and Metrology department at Micron. Lead cross-functional collaboration with global manufacturing, process integration, data science, and yield teams to identify defect trends, resolve process issues, and improve detection accuracy and process stability across high-volume manufacturing sites worldwide. Define and drive strategic roadmaps for defect detection and metrology to enable future technology scaling. Establish advanced monitoring, analytics, and metrics for defect trending, excursion mitigation, and process health. Drive global best practices through audits, risk assessments (FMEA), systematic improvement programs, MMM, and sampling strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
