Job Summary
Demonstrate high ownership in achieving store objectives by driving sales through clienteling, personalized product recommendations, and promoting Ralph Lauren brands. Greet and assist customers warmly while leveraging selling tools to provide a seamless omnichannel experience. Maintain visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentations, and signage through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Execute successful promotions and special events to maximize performance and support store fulfillment and asset protection initiatives. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, while bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs. This hourly position includes monthly bonus eligibility and requires comfort with smartphones and tablets.
