Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and meet store objectives. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns with professionalism, and maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Demonstrate ownership by building genuine customer relationships, contributing to store culture, and supporting operations with tasks like pricing, promotional sets, and asset protection. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 40 lbs while adhering to safety and security protocols.
