Direct the daily operations of an 8–18 person team, supporting new hires, coordinating training, and evaluating performance. Manage quality execution across assigned areas while maintaining daily collaboration with shift leaders, quality management, and trainers. Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless workflow. This role requires a three-shift schedule with weekend overtime, demanding strong stress tolerance and problem-solving skills. Relevant experience in a multinational environment is preferred, along with a valid forklift license.
