Job Summary
Lead a Rainmaker Architect role to guide and grow a high-performing architecture/engineering studio, overseeing a team of ~14 professionals and collaborating with firm leadership to expand services, markets, and long-term success. Drive client engagements, business development, and owner-level relationship building; manage projects from concept through construction administration; mentor architects and project managers; contribute to strategic planning and financial performance, with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Architecture/AI and a track record in retail town centers or similar complex environments.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Architect
- experience leading teams and clients
- proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD Architecture/AI
- strong communication and leadership skills
- sales and client management experience
- understanding of finances and operations in architecture practice
