Hands-on rail yard laborer role involving unloading railcars, assisting with daily plant operations, general labor tasks, loading/unloading materials, and potentially welding/fabrication. Uses heavy equipment (front-end loader, skid steer) as needed; must follow safety procedures (OSHA/MSHA) and be able to work nights and weekends, travel to multiple locations in OH, and pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check. Training provided; prior rail/aggregate experience is a plus but not required, with emphasis on teamwork and adherence to safety policies.
