Job Summary
Ready to serve as a Railway Station Security Guard with a focus on customer service and safety. Responsibilities include welcoming and guiding passengers, verifying identity, responding to incidents and coordinating with emergency teams, writing incident reports, patrolling the site with G-Track, monitoring CCTV/alarms, and maintaining a secure environment. Requires authorization to work in Canada and a Manitoba security license; first aid certification is a plus. Benefits include uniform provided, ongoing GardaWorld Academy training, and a permanent evening shift (Weds/Thu 1800-0600). Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- First aid certification an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Previous experience in the Security industry is an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be available to Mandatory trainings
