Job Summary
Responsible for supervising and enforcing all policies and procedures of the Zoo and Zooline Railroad as it pertains to the Railroad Dispatchers and Engineers. Duties include opening and closing the Railroad, overseeing cash-handling, revenue collection, and daily records, as well as handling public questions and concerns. The role emphasizes creating a positive, fun, and professional work atmosphere for guests and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Physical ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- Flexible work schedule
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to stand for several hours at a time
