Job Summary
Conduct routine home inspections, secure properties after departures, and prepare homes for arrivals by checking appliance and electronic functionality. Promptly report maintenance or housekeeping issues to other departments while providing homeowners with regular communication via email or phone. Maintain strong organizational skills and detail-oriented focus to manage daily tasks effectively. This role requires availability for weekends and holidays, a valid driver's license, and computer experience. The position utilizes a company vehicle on a rotational basis after 90 days.
