Job Summary
Conduct routine home inspections, secure properties after departures, and prepare homes for arrivals by checking appliance and electronic functionality. Promptly report maintenance or housekeeping issues to other departments while providing homeowners with regular communication via email or phone. Maintain strong organizational skills and detail-orientation while utilizing a company vehicle on a rotational basis after 90 days. This role requires weekend and holiday availability, a valid driver's license, and computer experience. Railey Vacations is a leading vacation rental company dedicated to exceptional guest experiences.
