Railcar Repair Technician

Interpret job work orders and follow blueprints to perform required repairs on railcars, utilizing mechanical skills to weld, cut, and gouge. Notify supervisors of necessary materials or equipment to ensure task completion while strictly adhering to safety rules, keeping work areas clean, and complying with environmental policies. Maintain AAR, ARS, and customer quality assurance standards and complete any other assigned duties. Valid driver's license or TWIC card may be required depending on location. Regular on-site attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
