Job Summary
Interpret job work orders and follow blueprints to perform required repairs on railcars, utilizing mechanical skills to weld, cut, and gouge. Notify supervisors of needed materials or equipment to ensure task completion while maintaining a clean work area and adhering to all safety policies and quality assurance standards. Complete any other duties as assigned. Schedule includes Monday through Friday day shifts with some weekend requirements. Valid driver's license or TWIC card may be required depending on location. PSC Group is a leader in product handling and site logistics for refineries, chemical producers, and marine transportation providers.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- legally able to work in the U.S.
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
- Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
- Speak, write, read fluent English
- Regular on-site attendance and punctuality
- valid Driver's License
- valid TWIC card
