Railcar Repair Mechanic

Interpret job work orders and follow blueprints to perform required repairs on heavy equipment, railcars, and tracks. Utilize mechanical skills to weld, cut, and gouge while notifying supervisors of needed materials. Adhere to all safety rules, maintain clean work areas, and ensure AAR, ARS, and customer quality standards are met. Complete any other duties as assigned. Valid Driver's License or TWIC card may be required depending on location. Regular on-site attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
