Railcar Repair Mechanic

Interpret job work orders and follow blueprints to perform required repairs on railcars, weld, cut, and gouge using basic mechanical skills. Notify supervisors of any materials or equipment needed to ensure task completion while maintaining a clean work area. Adhere to all safety rules, ARS Environmental Health and Safety Policies, and customer quality assurance standards. Complete any other duties as assigned. Valid driver's license or TWIC card may be required depending on location. Regular on-site attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
