Railcar Repair Manager

Railcar Repair Manager to oversee railcar repair and maintenance operations at the Skippers, VA facility. Manage shop operations, lead a team of railcar repair professionals, ensure compliance with FRA, AAR, OSHA, and company policies, monitor repair quality and productivity, coordinate inspections and maintenance programs, schedule manpower and resources, maintain accurate repair documentation, monitor inventory and procure materials, promote a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvement in shop operations. Responsibilities include coordinating repair estimates, communicating with customers and vendors, and delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality railcar repair services.
