Job Summary
Ensure employees have the knowledge, training, tools, and equipment needed to perform work safely, accurately, and efficiently. Actively participate in safety meetings and training initiatives to model strong leadership behaviors, while performing regular safety observations in the field to maintain high visibility. Oversee on-the-job training to align with best practices and provide positive reinforcement and one-on-one coaching to support employee growth and accountability. Review area procedures for accuracy, redline necessary updates, and communicate changes to leadership. Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and travel requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a lead position (e.g. leadman, team leader, foreman, supervisor, etc.)
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
- Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
- Speak, write, read fluent English
- Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
Desired Qualifications
- Industrial experience is a plus but not required
- Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus
