Railcar Prepper

Inspect, open, and close railcar end doors safely while examining vehicles for damage, wear, or fatigue. Remove debris and contaminants using backpack blowers and scrapers to prevent vehicle damage. Follow all industry, customer, and company safety regulations and operating procedures at all times. Identify repairs completed by Road & Rail Services personnel and maintain responsibility for assigned tools and equipment. Perform routine housekeeping and site cleanliness tasks as directed by management. Support overall team operations with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks.
