Job Summary
Inspect chocks, doors, decks, and grates; clean rails with a backpack blower; and identify defects for repair while preparing railcars for new automobile loading. Follow PRS Auto processes and AAR standards and guidelines for all tasks. Perform physical duties including bending, squatting, leaning, and moving plates to span railcars. Work first shift with flexible start and finish times, including weekends and holidays, outside in all weather conditions. Lift up to 50lbs above your head and climb various heights. Maintain a valid driver's license and pass a background check and drug test.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a 7-year background check and a drug test
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs above your head
- Must be able to climb various heights
- Not afraid of heights
- Must be available during weekends and holidays
- Must be flexible for start and finish times
- APPLICANTS MUST currently live within a 45-minute commute of Spring Hill, TN
- OUT OF AREA candidates and/or those requiring relocation will NOT be considered
