Job Summary
Unload and load automobiles off railcars at the Union Pacific Port Allen, LA Terminal. Possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions. Lift up to 50lbs above your head and climb various heights without fear of heights. Pass a 7-year background check and drug test. Earn $15-$16/hr with weekly production incentives. Current residents within a 30-minute commute are required; out-of-area candidates will not be considered. Flexible scheduling includes weekends and holidays. Full-time employees receive healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, vacation pay, and boot reimbursement after probation.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants MUST currently live within a 30 minute commute of business location
- OUT OF AREA candidates and/or those requiring a relocation will NOT be considered
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a 7-year background check and a drug test
