Rail Support Operator

Job Summary
Operate and control rail equipment including Track Switches and Rail Cars; assist with movement and storage of rail and oil cars; refuel track mobile; maintain carbon and oil levels in silos; verify lab testing completion before releasing materials; communicate with co-workers about rail moves and paperwork; ensure compliance with HR, safety, and 5S procedures; perform daily inspections and report defects; shift is PM rotation (6:00 pm – 6:00 am) with every-other-weekend requirement; role emphasizes teamwork, process adherence, and safety culture.
