Job Summary
Monitor information system performance to ensure accurate service delivery data, utilizing metrics to drive root cause analysis and identify improvement opportunities. Develop service disruption recovery plans, communicate with staff to maintain reliability, and lead business continuity activities to mitigate operational risks during incidents. Manage the operational planning function to ensure appropriate service levels, review technical reports for safety and customer impact, and recommend updates to standard operating policies. Lead business unit initiatives for rail-related contingency planning, manage the corporate Performance Management Program, and oversee post-incident reviews to strengthen network operations.
Required Qualifications
- A strong, network-level background in operating rules and governance
- Knowledge of established legislation and regulations regarding rail-related contingency plans
