Job Summary
Support the planning, design, and delivery of rail infrastructure projects under the guidance of experienced engineers. Assist with projects that develop new rail corridors, expand existing networks, and improve the efficient use of transport infrastructure. Contribute to engineering calculations, technical documentation, and project deliverables while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Participate in project meetings, site visits, and learning opportunities to gain hands-on experience across the project lifecycle. Build your understanding of rail engineering while contributing to projects that help shape the future of sustainable transport.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Civil Engineering
- strong interest in rail
- full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand
- student and graduate visas
- ability to work full time hours from 16 November 2026 – 19 February 2027
