Rail Civil Supervisor

Rail Civils Supervisor responsible for planning and delivering Rail Civils projects, ensuring site teams have the information, materials and equipment to deliver works, liaising with the head of department, senior supervisor, and client on-site, and maintaining high standards of communication and customer service. Key duties include ensuring teams understand client plans, creating equipment lists, assessing occupational/environmental risks to the public, maintaining relationships with principal contractors, allocating workforce, delivering safety briefs, attending site surveys and client meetings, providing direction to the site team, issuing PO amendments when required, developing pricing documents, and maintaining confidentiality and operational effectiveness. Requires PTS, CSCS Gold, SSSTS/SMSTS, full UK driving licence and extensive civil/rail site delivery experience; strong leadership and cross-department collaboration skills.
