RAE Controls Engineer

Analyze customer needs and define required architecture and functionality early in the development cycle. Model and simulate propulsion system operation, then design and implement control algorithms. Validate designs in desktop simulation, hardware benches, test stands, and prototype vehicles. This position focuses on developing control systems for the newest technologies, specifically chassis and driveline systems for conventional and electrified vehicles. The team applies knowledge of control algorithms and systems engineering methods to enable new technologies and functions for future vehicles.
