Job Summary
Ultrasound Technologist (ARDMS) collaborates with a Radiologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, positioning patients, performing examinations, calibrating equipment, developing films, maintaining radiologic equipment, logging and organizing image results, coordinating with the radiology department to schedule procedures, and ensuring patient safety. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of ultrasound practices and supports interpretation of radiographs with Radiologists. Qualifications include graduation from an approved Ultrasound Technology program, ARDMS registered or eligible, BLS certification, strong communication and attention to detail; 1 year ultrasound experience is preferred. This role is based in Coffeyville, KS, with in-person duties at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center and related imaging procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of approved school of Ultrasound Technology
- ARDMS registered or eligible
- BLS certification
- 1 year Ultrasound experience, preferred
