Job Summary
Take X-Ray exams and follow established procedures for patient care and safety. Collaborate with the Clinic Office Nurse and/or Provider in providing basic nursing care for clinic patients. Requires graduation from a Radiologic Technology Program and ARRT registration or eligibility, as well as current state licensure and BLS. Must demonstrate knowledge of X-ray equipment, anatomy and physiology, and radiation safety; high attention to detail; proficiency with computers. This position is based out of the Helena Multispecialty Outpatient Clinic in Helena, MT, and involves working within a team to deliver high-quality imaging services.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Radiologic Technology Program, required
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration or eligibility, required
- Current State Licensure, required
- BLS, required
- Working knowledge of X-ray Equipment and Procedures, required
- Anatomy and Physiology, required
- Knowledge of Radiation Safety, required
- Ability to follow and apply written direction, required
- Attention to Detail when performing radiological exams, required
