Job Summary
Radiology Technologist with Charge Responsibilities at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR. Full-Time/Evening Shift - 4 x 10 hour shifts; includes shift charge responsibilities such as exam workflow, staff training, addressing equipment and safety concerns, coordinating with multiple departments, and performing imaging examinations per physicians’ orders. Utilizes clinical knowledge to ensure proper patient positioning, radiation dose calibration, and ALARA principles to produce high-quality images with minimal exposure. Required Qualifications
- Oregon Radiographer License upon hire
- Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire
