Job Summary
Produces radiographs for diagnostic purposes as directed by the Urgent Care Physician. Responsibilities include verifying patient and procedure data, providing explanations and instructions to patients, selecting the appropriate imaging protocols, and obtaining diagnostic images. The role requires maintaining optimal radiographic equipment, documenting patient information, and performing patient care duties as necessary. Required qualifications include completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program and current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a (JRCERT) accredited Radiologic Technology Program
- Related training/experience (preferably within the past five years)
- Strong leadership ability
- Good organizational skills
- Independent and critical thinking skills
- Strong ability to communicate complex topics
