Job Summary
Provides X-Ray services to patients within the student scope of practice under direct supervision. Prepares and positions patients and selects exposure factors, follows radiation protection and safety standards, and assists supervising technologists and physicians in imaging procedures. Prepares for and administers contrast media and medications within accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations. Maintains department cleanliness and safety, supports other duties as assigned. Education requirement: enrolled in an accredited radiology school. Experience: no experience required. Shift: PRN / Per Diem. Location: Saint Louis University Hospital, MO. 0 scheduled weekly hours; benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in an accredited radiology school
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- State of Work Location: Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin
