Job Summary
Perform all professional duties involved in applying ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis under the direction of the Radiologist or Physician designee. Produce and evaluate images and related data to be used by physicians to render medical diagnosis, while coordinating exams performed and assuming responsibility for related clerical tasks. Act in compliance with Federal, State, and Joint Commission standards with latitude for independent judgment. Work variable 8-hour shifts as a per diem Radiology Technologist at Queen of The Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA.
Required Qualifications
- California Radiologic Technologist
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
