Job Summary
Capture diagnostic images and guide patients with calm expertise using advanced imaging equipment. Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to ensure accurate results while managing contrast media and maintaining meticulous records. Perform patient positioning, room preparation, and support student learning as you assist with scheduled exams and urgent inpatient scans. Work onsite daily in Lubbock, Texas, with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and variable shifts including days, evenings, or nights. Maintain on-call status as needed to fill staffing vacancies. This role offers per diem or on-call employment for upcoming graduates or new professionals seeking to launch a meaningful career in patient-focused care.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of an approved School of Radiology Technology
- Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below: Texas: Lubbock
- Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements
- Flexibility to work a variable shift which may include days, evenings, or nights
- Flexibility to work an on-call status as scheduled
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- 1 or more years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
