Job Summary
Perform imaging examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated equipment to produce optimal high-quality images while maintaining ALARA awareness for minimal radiation exposure. Apply clinical judgment regarding proper positioning, radiation dose calibration, and patient treatment needs, accounting for individual and age-related requirements. Maintain Oregon Radiographer licensure and obtain National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within six months of hire. Work flexible full-time or part-time shifts in days and evenings at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Oregon Radiographer License upon hire
- Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- OBMI temporary license
- Permanent license within 6 months of hire
