Radiology Technologist PRN

Job Summary
Prepare patients and supplies for procedures, assist physicians in obtaining images, and maintain a clean, organized operating room. Arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled start times, check C-arm and other equipment for use, and perform patient skin preparation. Position the C-arm for adequate imaging, assist with patient transfers from stretcher to OR table, and clean and organize the room before and after procedures. Purchase supplies, maintain accurate inventory to forecast needs, monitor costs and vendor arrangements, and prevent supply-chain lapses. Requires an Associate Degree in Radiology, valid Arkansas licensure, and two years of prior experience. Full-time role operating 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with occasional overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Radiology
- valid and current Arkansas licensure
- two (2) years of prior Radiology Technologist experience
- Knowledge of current medical terminology
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and typing
- Patient focused
- close, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and adjusted focus
- lifting (up to 50 pounds)
