Radiology Technologist (PRN NIGHTS)

Operate and maintain all imaging department equipment including X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS while performing CT and X-Rays at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist physicians, nurses, and staff throughout the facility. Perform all imaging exams in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws, ensuring the physician on duty is notified of results. Maintain all required documentation, logs, charts, forms, and records in paper and electronic formats. Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with COLA and CLIA regulations. Conduct routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks following established protocol for all imaging equipment. Perform Quality Control, Proficiency Testing, and Split Sample analysis as established by the facility. Retain records of all analytic activities for a minimum of two years. Perform duties as ER Technician as needed and travel to all facility locations as required.
