Job Summary
Conduct highly complex diagnostic exams by coordinating specialized equipment, calculating technical factors, and utilizing radiation safety devices. Types, proofreads, and mails exam results while maintaining and cleaning equipment work areas to report any malfunctions. Attends departmental in-services and staff development programs to maintain ARRT certification and current CPR credentials. Perform duties on a flexible schedule within the inpatient rehabilitation team, supporting our mission to enhance community well-being through specialized radiography services.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certified
- current license as required by the state
- Maintains current CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of radiography training in an accredited program
- Working knowledge of all radiological equipment
- able to perform highly specialized exams as part of the diagnostic team
