Job Summary
Radiology Technologist (PRN) performs general radiographic imaging procedures for adult and pediatric patients to support diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, informing patients about procedures with high levels of customer service, and conducting radiographic examinations independently, including on-call and portable exams, as assigned by the department. Licensure/certification and CPR are required (IEMA - Illinois only, excl MRI; Radiology Technologist - Registered). The role operates within Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital’s Radiology Department, part of a full-service imaging team dedicated to quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or trade school equivalency (Radiology Technologist)
- CPR certification (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
- IEMA - Illinois only, excluding MRI
- Radiology Technologist - Registered
