Job Summary
Perform imaging examinations according to physicians orders, utilizing sophisticated equipment to produce optimal high-quality images while adhering to ALARA principles for minimal radiation exposure. Apply clinical judgment regarding proper positioning factors, radiation dose calibration, and patient treatment needs tailored to individual and age-related requirements. Maintain Oregon Radiographer licensure and obtain National Certification within 180 days of hire. Work per-diem variable shifts on-site at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Oregon Radiographer License
- Oregon Radiographer Temporary License (Vendor Managed)
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
