Job Summary
Perform imaging examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing sophisticated equipment to produce optimal high-quality images while maintaining ALARA awareness for minimal radiation exposure. Apply clinical judgment regarding proper positioning factors, radiation dose calibration, and patient treatment needs tailored to individual and age-related requirements. Obtain and maintain an Oregon Radiographer License, National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, and BLS certification within the specified hiring timelines. Work variable part-time shifts on-site at Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR.
